PractiTest is a software company located in Science park, Rehovot.
Our Product is a Test Management SaaS tool for software QA teams.
PractiTest is seeking a motivated Technical Customer Support Representative - part time job, suitable for students. As a Customer rep at PractiTest you will be responsible for customers’ happiness, growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing customer service activities by email, phone, chat and live web sessions.
- Provide customers with product technical support.
- A range of other responsibilities during “dead hours” (testing, web, seo).
- Serve as the voice of the customer and work with internal teams to promote new product requirements.
- Master the PractiTest platform and provide product training & support.
Requirements:
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent English both written and spoken (English mother tongue an advantage)
- Basic Technical skills (incognito, cookies, web)
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to communicate technical information both in writing and verbally
- Ability to work nights and later hours
- Experience with technical customer support - an advantage
- Web experience (html, css, plugins, ruby, php) - an advantage
- Command of other languages - an advantage
- Experience in software testing - an advantage
